After starting my professional journey in a large prestigious conference venue, I had the opportunity to work at Oxford University where I soon became a Head Chef in two of Oxford's most respected colleges.
Through this journey over the last 15 years, I have catered for both large and small high-profile events for world leaders, politicians, actors, sports personalities, and many more.
